There are several steps that go into creating your custom kitchen. Every project begins with comprehensive conversations. You talk; we listen. Chapel Hill Construction listens to everything you know you want, what sort of advice and guidance from us would be helpful, and how you see the perfect kitchen. You show us all the problems you want us to solve. We look at pictures together, and we offer suggestions about how our experience with the complexities of kitchens and baths can be used to realize your vision. Chapel Hill Construction answers your questions, and asks some of our own, so that we see exactly what you see when you imagine the project. When you are certain that we get it, and get it completely, we move on to the design phase.
Countertops are the most visible and dynamic part of any kitchen and there are many choices for countertop material and grades. Chapel Hill Construction works with several countertop companies and will strive to get you the best choices of materials and pricing and we will have the countertop installed one week from cabinet installation.
Design
Our kitchen design is generated by our conversations, and what we have learned from you. Chapel Hill Construction utilizes experienced and creative designers that work with you from first concept sketches through final revision, and produces complete plans specifying every detail. We begin with function and form, so that every practical aspect of your project works for your family and your way of living. Choices of style, color, material, and equipment are worked into the mix. At Chapel Hill Construction we continue to listen to your concerns and answer your questions. Your dream kitchen takes shape and becomes visible for your approval. We will offer you an assortment of kitchen cabinet lines because everyone has a budget, and we keep your budget and your priorities firmly in mind as we go.
Installation
When you have approved your plans, we develop the schedule for the work. We do not use subcontractors to install your kitchen. The owners of Chapel Hill Construction will install your kitchen and are involved with all aspects of the installation and have over 30yrs of kitchen experience. We are a full service construction company and you do not need to contact any of the trades to complete your kitchen. We take care of all your plumbing and electrical needs. Sometimes remodeling is needed we can add to your space to expand your eating or dining area. Flooring is an important part of your kitchen remodel and we have great resources for all your flooring needs. We even will install your tile backsplash.
From the first day, you will know exactly what to expect. We are experienced craftsmen. Chapel Hill Construction understands the inconveniences of the installation process, we clean up after ourselves and we respect your privacy and the sanctity of your home. We understand this part intimately, and we are known to finish on time and on budget. We oversee every aspect of your project’s completion, we take all of your questions and needs seriously, and we are not satisfied until you are satisfied.
