Pressure Treated Decks
Chapel Hill construction uses only 1st-grade kiln-dried decking that is pre-dried for less shrinking and has fewer knots. We will use the maximum length boards so as to have as few seams as possible. All our decks are custom-built to your specs. We use only 6X6 posts for a reliable foundation for your deck.
Composite / Trex Decking
Chapel Hill construction is a Trex Pro installer and one of the biggest Trex installers of Trex products in the area. Trex decks are a great investment for your home. Trex has a 25yr warranty against fading and staining.
